Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Willingness to learn from experienced bakers.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Roll, cut, and shape dough for breads and pastries
• Bake goods in ovens or on grills
• Decorate and frost cakes and other desserts
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
