Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. You will diagnose, manage, and surgically treat a broad range of ENT conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds MBBS/MD or equivalent with postgraduate ENT qualification and DHA eligibility; fellowship in a subspecialty is desirable. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT in accordance with UAE licensing requirements.
• Fellowship or advanced training in a relevant ENT subspecialty is highly desirable.
• Eligible for or holding a valid DHA Consultant license/eligibility in the relevant specialty.
• Demonstrated experience in ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of adult ENT conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations and clinical examinations.
• Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures within scope of practice.
• Manage conditions affecting ear, nose, throat, sinuses, and head and neck.
• Perform endoscopic, microscopic, and minimally invasive ENT procedures where qualified.
• Evaluate and manage chronic ear disease, hearing-related conditions, nasal obstruction, sinus disease, and throat disorders.
• Provide surgical management of tonsillar and adenoid disease, nasal and sinus conditions, and other ENT disorders.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and provide postoperative care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with audiologists, radiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, oncologists, and other specialists.
• Provide consultations and second opinions for complex ENT cases.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and teaching activities where applicable.
