Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer for a part-time contract on a key project. The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship from senior engineers, and exposure to multiple engineering disciplines within a dynamic project environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (GPA 3.5+), strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Revit/MATLAB is an advantage. Flexible/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with GPA 3.5 or above.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in engineering software is a plus (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MATLAB).

Responsibilities

Assist in developing engineering designs, calculations, drawings and documentation.
Support day-to-day project activities, data collection and reporting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support progress and milestones.
Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
Contribute to QA by following standards and procedures.
Prepare presentations and progress updates for stakeholders.
Engage in continuous learning to develop competencies.
