Job summary

You will prepare detailed architectural, structural and construction drawings and develop shop and as-built drawings in coordination with engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Draftsman in the UAE construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Understanding of architectural, structural and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural and construction drawings.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical details based on project requirements.
• Review design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and coordination.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, Technical and Site teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and approved designs.
• Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions and documentation.
• Support the technical team with drawing modifications and site-related requirements.
