Job summary

The role requires a valid DHA license, a BScN or equivalent, 2–3 years of acute care experience, and proficiency with electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare IT applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent providing foundational education.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Valid DHA License as a Registered Nurse, demonstrating professional licensure in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments accurately, ensuring patient safety and adherence to prescribed protocols.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and health status, promptly identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.
• Providing direct patient care, including wound dressing, catheterization, and assisting with personal hygiene, with compassion and efficiency.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and adherence.
