Job summary

Woopel in Dubai is looking for a Delivery Driver/Courier to join our team. You will safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers, navigate Dubai streets, and provide professional service.

The role is physically demanding, requires a valid UAE driver's license and the ability to lift heavy packages, with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

You will work independently, manage deliveries within time windows, and maintain accurate delivery records.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in delivery driving or related field.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy packages.
• Familiarity with Dubai's roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within designated time frames.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle.
• Follow traffic regulations and operate the delivery vehicle in a safe manner.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or issues.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
