Job summary

India Abroad in Dubai is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. You will analyze data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to management to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include designing data collection methods, preparing visualizations and reports, ensuring data integrity, and developing models to forecast outcomes. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role and proficiency in SQL, R, SAS, SPSS and Excel is requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, mathematics, statistics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with a variety of statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS, Excel); Python preferred.
• Working knowledge of database architecture and SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement methods for collecting and analyzing data using statistical software.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that inform decisions.
• Prepare visualizations and reports to present findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor data sources for accuracy and integrity.
• Develop algorithms and processes to optimize data collection and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies when handling sensitive information.
• Develop models to predict future outcomes based on historical data.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
