Job summary

Onelink Digital in Dubai is seeking a highly creative Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai. You will turn ideas and raw footage into visually compelling content that aligns with brand strategy.

The role requires proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, motion graphics, typography and storytelling, plus the ability to work independently and with a fast-paced creative team.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of professional video editing/motion design experience.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation and kinetic typography.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy and graphic design principles.
• Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm and storytelling.
• Strong sound design and music selection skills.
• Experience with colour correction/grading, masking, tracking, compositing and keyframing.
• Strong understanding of social-first editing, including hooks, retention, pacing and platform-specific formats.
• Ability to work independently and confidently make creative decisions.
• Ability to take feedback and creative direction while still contributing your own ideas.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to take relatively simple footage and find ways to make it visually interesting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Curious, experimental and constantly looking for new creative techniques.
• Experience incorporating AI into video production and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content across social media, campaigns, brand content and digital platforms.
• Create kinetic typography, motion graphics, animations, title sequences, creative transitions and visual effects.
• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging content without requiring extensive direction.
• Take creative concepts from idea through to final execution.
• Bring your own creative ideas to projects rather than waiting for every detail to be provided.
• Experiment with editing styles, typography, transitions, sound design and visual treatments.
• Use motion and animation intentionally to elevate storytelling.
• Select music, sound effects and other creative elements that strengthen the final edit.
• Create content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and the wider creative team.
• Use AI tools alongside traditional editing software to enhance workflows, generate assets, explore concepts and push creative possibilities.
• Stay ahead of emerging editing styles, social trends, motion design techniques and AI technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.
• Maintain organised project files, footage and post-production workflows.
