Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Neurosurgeon Cranial to lead advanced cranial procedures in Dubai, UAE. This senior role requires guiding high-acuity cases and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a leading hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have board certification, 5–7 years of cranial neurosurgery experience, and a track record in tertiary or academic centers, with strong leadership and research contributions.

Qualifications

Board certification in Neurosurgery (CCT/FRCS) or equivalent.
5–7 years of post-specialty cranial neurosurgery experience.
Experience in tertiary or academic healthcare centers.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage cranial neurosurgical conditions including tumors, trauma, vascular disorders, hydrocephalus, and skull-base pathologies.
Perform advanced cranial surgeries using microsurgical and minimally invasive approaches.
Lead multidisciplinary case discussions with neurology, ICU, oncology, radiology, and rehabilitation teams.
Oversee pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, intraoperative decisions, and post-operative care.
Ensure adherence to international clinical standards, patient safety, and quality protocols.
Contribute to clinical governance, service development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in teaching, mentoring, and development of junior medical staff.
Support research activities, audits, and innovation in neurosurgical practices.
