Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience in Account Management/Client Success within Recruitment, Staffing or HRO.
• Strong understanding of recruitment delivery cycles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship post-signing and manage day-to-day coordination.
• Support the sales team in closing new deals.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
