Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is looking for a Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation software. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost reports and ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Proven experience in BOQ preparation and estimation.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs from project specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
• Analyze project budgets and maintain cost control systems.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in awarding contracts.
• Monitor project costs and provide periodic cost reports.
