Work standard in Dubai, UAE is seeking a reliable Cashier to join our team. The role involves greeting customers, handling payments and maintaining a tidy checkout area.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), good math and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer 1800 AED per month along with benefits such as paid holidays and health insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience working as a Cashier is an advantage but not necessary.
• Good math skills; ability to handle money accurately and quickly.
• Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the store and providing them with information about products and services
• Processing payments accurately and quickly according to set procedures
• Handling cash transactions in a secure manner
• Counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
• Answering customer questions regarding products, prices, availability, etc.
• Managing returns or refunds courteously and professionally
• Reporting any discrepancies in sales or cash flow
• Maintaining a clean and orderly checkout area
