Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a related engineering, business or project management degree, is Emirati with Family Book, and is proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be an Emirati national with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in related engineering, business or project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or CAD software is desirable for business graduates.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to prepare technical documentation.
• Knowledge of UAE water regulations and local codes is required.
• Experience in wet utilities project coordination through internships or academics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones for wet utilities projects.
• Liaise between engineers, contractors, clients and stakeholders to progress projects.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, feasibility studies, proposals and drawings.
• Organise site visits, inspections and data collection for water networks and drainage works.
• Support the preparation of drawings, specifications and design documentation using CAD tools.
• Maintain project records, databases and filing systems per UAE regulations.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes and track action items for project continuity.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation to support financial management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE water regulations, standards and local codes.
• Contribute to project methodologies and process improvements.
