A prominent law firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior IP Enforcement & Litigation Specialist to manage all contentious IP matters, including patent and trademark infringements, litigation coordination, and enforcement actions. The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of extensive experience in IP litigation and a law degree, preferably with MENA/GCC experience. This senior role includes overseeing legal strategy, coordinating with external counsel, and managing IP cases effectively. Competitive salary and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in IP litigation, infringement, and enforcement required.
• Proven experience with patent & trademark oppositions essential.
• MENA/GCC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patent infringement analysis, including claim-to-product mapping.
• Draft and manage cease & desist letters and enforcement communications.
• Manage IP litigation files end-to-end.
• Supervise the Watch Specialist for trademark and patent monitoring.
