Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks a Senior Application & Design Engineer for REFIT Oil & Gas projects. The role combines technical application engineering, design, costing and proposal support across the enquiry lifecycle from initial design and quotation to order acceptance.

You will produce 2D/3D drawings with AutoCAD and Inventor, conduct site surveys, coordinate with global teams to assess risks and costs, and prepare commercial proposals while ensuring project profitability and on-time

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and relevant professional background.
• 5-8 years in a technical, applications, or engineering support role.
• Experience in air intake filtration or large HVAC equipment preferred.
• Strong technical communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regional project portfolios (USD 6–10 million) is advantageous.
• Proficient with Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, Inventor, 2D/3D modelling) and MS Office.
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce) and valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Review client enquiries and prepare technical proposals.
• Create 2D/3D drawings and technical data sheets.
• Conduct site surveys for data collection and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with global teams to assess risks, costs, and compatibility.
• Prepare cost estimates with internal costing teams and negotiate quotations.
• Prepare tender documents and commercial proposals.
• Manage pre-execution phase and handover to operations.
• Attend technical meetings with customers to discuss solutions.
