Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY L.L.C in Dubai seeks a Project Supply Chain Manager (PSCM) to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain execution for complex projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and cost control across the project portfolio.

The role requires strong international procurement experience, contract knowledge, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in international procurement and sourcing for complex projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Project SCM across the project portfolio.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineering, and Suppliers to maintain schedule, cost and quality.
• Develop project procurement plans, tender strategies, and supplier lists.
• Issue RFQs and finalize purchase orders for project equipment/services.
• Monitor delivery, quality, and compliance with contract terms.
