The ideal candidate has 20+ years in private equity, a strong institutional background, and a proven ability to originate and execute large-scale deals with a global network. This role requires leadership of investment teams and end-to-end lifecycle management, including sourcing and exit, with relocation to Dubai.

Qualifications

• Approximately 20 years of relevant investment experience with a significant portion in private equity investing.
• Demonstrated track record executing both minority direct investments and GP-led or LP co-investments in developed markets.
• Extensive experience leading transaction teams and managing the full investment lifecycle from sourcing through exit.
• Strong network across leading global private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate executives.
• Proven leadership experience developing investment professionals.

• Lead transactions for the firm's global direct and co-investments platform.
• Originates differentiated investment opportunities and oversees underwriting, structuring, and execution.
