Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Finance Controlling Manager based in Dubai to lead financial controlling for subsidiaries in the Middle East and to support the MEA region's performance analysis. You will partner with Brand teams and Finance to drive monthly reporting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analyses.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Oracle/SAP, and a proactive, autonomous mindset to ensure accuracy and insights for strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or finance.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in FMCG, luxury or retail in a similar role.
• Excellent Excel skills and advanced knowledge of financial systems (Oracle, SAP). Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulous with strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling for subsidiaries in the Middle East; support performance analysis for the total MEA region.
• Support Brand team and Finance manager in monthly management reporting, budgets and ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide insightful reports and challenge brands with benchmark and market analyses.
• Identify business risks and opportunities and advise business managers.
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and contribute to internal control and IT projects.
• Coordinate with Brand teams, accounting and HQ teams on budgeting and forecasting.
