Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East invites an experienced Consultant Fetal Medicine physician for a specialist healthcare opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role centers on advanced fetal imaging, prenatal diagnostics and management of high‑risk pregnancies within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will perform fetal echocardiography, Doppler studies and interventional procedures, while contributing to academic activities and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Specialist qualification in Fetal Medicine from a recognised training program.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience in fetal medicine.
• Experience in a tertiary hospital or specialised fetal medicine unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced fetal imaging, including detailed anomaly scans and fetal echocardiography.
• Provide consults for high‑risk pregnancies and develop individualized management plans.
• Coordinate with obstetricians, maternal‑fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists and geneticists.
• Lead prenatal diagnostic procedures and fetal interventions within scope of practice.
• Contribute to clinical governance, education, research and quality improvement.
