Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a formal setting.
• Ability to develop learning plans based on curriculum objectives.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans according to curriculum objectives.
• Prepare classroom materials to facilitate educational activities.
• Deliver lectures and lead group discussions.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and submit progress reports.
• Assess student performance through tests, exams, and other activities.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress.
• Organize extracurricular activities such as field trips and sports days.
• Follow up with parents on each student’s performance.
• Maintain high ethical standards in the classroom environment.
