Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy seeks a Consultant Pathologist with American Board or UK CCT qualifications to join top Dubai healthcare institutions. You will provide accurate diagnoses across tissue, blood, and clinical specimens, supporting patient management and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years post-specialization experience, proven diagnostic expertise in histopathology and cytology, and strong report-writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in diagnostic pathology, including histopathology and cytology.

Responsibilities

• Examine and interpret tissue, blood, and clinical specimens to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Perform and report on histopathology, cytology, and other diagnostic pathology investigations.
• Provide diagnostic support for complex cases including oncology and hematological conditions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, surgeons, oncologists, and multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning.
• Review and validate pathology reports, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and tumor boards as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow laboratory safety standards.
• Stay updated with advancements in diagnostic pathology and evidence-based practices.
