Job summary

Skybound Wealth Management is a global advisory group delivering regulated wealth management services from Dubai and beyond. We seek an Adviser Support Executive to sustain top-tier client servicing, manage policy tasks, and support international clients with a proactive, precise approach.

You will operate within our Global Partners team, leveraging Plume tools to keep advisory processes efficient and compliant, while engaging with distinguished expat clients and strategic partners daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or financial advice administration.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle policy servicing including valuations, withdrawals, top-ups, assignments, letters of authority, and transfers of agency.
• Process policy changes and amendments to regular contributions, payments, bank details, client information, and beneficiaries.
• Support new business applications for pensions, savings, and insurance cases as required.
• Communicate with clients and advisers via email, phone, and written correspondence.
• Liaise with providers, trustees, and pension schemes.
• Update Plume and other internal systems to maintain accurate records.
• Manage incoming provider correspondence and keep workflow organized.
