Sheraton Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly bartender to prepare drink orders according to recipes, open and serve wine and champagne, and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. The role requires attention to detail, strong guest interaction, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

You will stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, garnish drinks, and ensure proper storage of liquor, beer, and wine.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• License or certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes and set up bar, tables, and equipment.
• Open and serve wine/champagne bottles and garnish drinks to standard.
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies; maintain cleanliness and bar condition.
• Handle cash, payments, and end-of-shift cash audits; follow safety procedures.
