Job summary

PPOAR in Dubai is seeking an entry-level Barista to join our team and learn the craft of coffee preparation. You will greet customers, prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, and assist with pastries and sandwiches.

This role offers a friendly work environment, on-site training, and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced cafe. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required; accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
