A leading international offshore law firm in Dubai is seeking a Banking Senior Associate (5-7 PQE) to join its finance and capital markets team. The role involves managing high-profile, cross-border transactions across the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Candidates should have 5-7 PQE, a background in a Legal 500-ranked firm, and proven expertise in banking and finance law. Relocation from the UK, Ireland or other offshore jurisdictions is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Background in a Legal 500-ranked law firm.
• Experience in banking and finance law.
• Candidates in the region or relocating from the UK, Ireland or offshore jurisdictions are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Advising on complex cross-border transactions including aircraft finance, Islamic finance, and structured finance.
• Handling Banking & Debt Capital Markets (DCM) work.
• Managing conventional and Shariah-compliant financings.
• Advising on securitisations and debt offerings.
