Job summary

A themed gaming spot in Dubai is looking for an Arcade Operator. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring arcade machines are functional and clean, reporting maintenance issues, and monitoring gameplay. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a high-traffic environment and be good with arcade machine operation. This full-time position offers a salary of up to 3.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 35 years old and below.
• At least 2 years working experience as Admin Staff or Game Operator.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and facilitate arcade and bowling use.
• Ensure arcade machines and bowling alleys are clean and in good condition.
• Report operational issues to the Arcade Supervisor.
• Monitor gameplay for fair play and rule adherence.
