We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our DSP Capacity Planning initiatives. They will be required to build simple reports, take up dive‑deep requests, make changes to existing analytical frameworks, provide ad‑hoc data support to Ops stakeholders and carry out data‑related assignments while adhering to the standard operating procedures of an existing/new operational cadence. The person should have a good understanding of a business requirement and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting/BI/data issue, and draft solutions for resolution. The ideal candidate would be high on attention to detail, bias for action and interest in analytics/BI/automation and is able to interface with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

1. Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated dashboards that will support business needs
2. Provide data support for program manager projects and ad‑hoc requests
3. Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating or simplifying self‑service support for stakeholders
4. Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes
5. Collaborate with engineering teams and partner BIE teams to acquire new data from production systems or between databases

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
• 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
• Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
• Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar
