The role covers on-site and external training across the UAE, including meter operation guidance, crash-prevention systems, and re-training after incidents.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach or train adults.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs of new and current drivers and tailor training accordingly.
• Deliver theory and practical training in training rooms and on-site.
• Ensure information and guidelines are clearly communicated to drivers.
• Train external drivers and teach road safety, regulations, and crash-prevention systems.
• Retrain drivers who have been involved in incidents to improve performance.
• Train drivers in meter usage and other UAE-specific procedures.
• Support development and training supervisors with program administration.
