Job summary

Flyper is seeking a qualified Driver in Haur-Fakkan, UAE to transport personnel and goods safely and on time, while ensuring that vehicles are well maintained and compliant with local regulations. You will operate the assigned vehicle, perform pre-trip checks and plan routes to meet timetables.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and strong knowledge of local roads.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record.
• Previous experience working as a driver is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy items when necessary
• Ability to work long hours when needed
• Good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Operating assigned vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspecting vehicles before each journey to ensure all safety protocols are met
• Maintaining accurate records of trips (including destinations, cargo information and fuel consumption)
• Planning routes and adhering to timetables
• Familiarizing oneself with local traffic laws
• Performing basic maintenance tasks on the assigned vehicle
• Ensuring passengers' safety at all times
