The successful Driver must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions or suspensions. They must be able to read maps and follow verbal directions accurately. A good knowledge of local roads is essential for this role. Candidates should also have a good understanding of mechanical principles for basic maintenance of their vehicle.

A successful Driver should also demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a friendly, polite attitude towards clients. They should possess the ability to remain calm in challenging situations and have strong problem solving skills if issues arise while on the job.
