Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a Driver to support operations and warehouse activities at Magic Planet locations. You will help with receiving, stocking, and delivering merchandise while maintaining accurate records and ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness.

You will follow delivery schedules, assist inventory control, and participate in monthly counts, contributing to smooth stock movement and reliable service across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a driving, logistics, warehouse, or delivery role.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Code 3) or equivalent valid driving certification as required by local regulations.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and safe driving practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain delivery, stock, and trip records.
• Punctuality, reliability, and safeguarding company assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, opening, and inspecting deliveries while verifying stock against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Support the maintenance of the warehouse by ensuring stock is organized and stored in the correct locations.
• Collect and deliver merchandise and stock to Magic Planet locations according to the delivery schedule and required timelines.
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with transportation rules and safety requirements.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities and completed trips.
• Assist the Inventory Controller with daily operational tasks, stock documentation, and inventory management activities.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and ensure all stock is handled, stored, and transported with care to prevent damage or loss.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Driver is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory operations through the safe transportation and delivery of stock across Magic Planet locations. The role assists with receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate records, ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness, and supporting inventory control activities to ensure efficient stock movement and warehouse operations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate delivery, stock, and trip records.
• High level of punctuality, reliability, and commitment to safeguarding company assets and stock.
