Job Summary

To ensure safe and timely delivery of vehicles, important documents, and provide support for MG Head Office operations.

Duties and Objectives

• Hand-carry important documents and materials directly to the intended recipients.
• Perform pick-up and delivery of office mail, documents, and priority records as required.
• Assist in basic vehicle servicing such as refueling, checking oil and water levels, servicing batteries and tires, and cleaning windows.
• Perform or assist in simple vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
• Pick up vehicles for service or repair and return them upon completion.
• Assist in team tasks during workload fluctuations, performing duties within or outside assigned areas as needed.
• Pick up and drop off showroom staff daily as instructed by the General Manager.
• Complete new vehicle registration procedures at traffic departments when required.
• Perform any other duties as instructed by the General Manager.

Description
