Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company employees, management, documents, and business materials as assigned.
• Follow daily transportation schedules and instructions provided by management.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly while following UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Maintain good knowledge of Dubai roads, business districts, government offices, and commonly visited locations.
• Plan suitable routes and use GPS or navigation applications when necessary.
• Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or authorized visitors according to scheduled timings.
• Ensure passengers reach their destinations safely and on time.
• Transport important documents, files, correspondence, and company materials securely.
• Handle confidential documents responsibly during transportation.
• Assist with bank visits, government offices, client meetings, courier collections, and other official errands when required.
