Job description
JOB PURPOSE

This role will operate within Modern Trade (Fresh & Ambient) and he/she is required to uphold the highest standard of service level in areas of stock management, delivery, reliability, punctuality, demand planning, problem solving and pricing.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate internally within the team and department for data compilation, report analysis, status update on specific projects/activities, progress on target achievement and drive the daily, weekly demand forecasting.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs
  • Ensures the timely distribution of all Local Purchase Orders LPOs are delivered as per the set journey plan.
  • Dispatch’s daily loading sheet to assigned route and ensure all are loaded and moved to market to deliver as per agreed delivery window with the trade to avoid OOS.
  • Ensures stock are available in the respective warehouses based on the annual forecast and market demand by coordinating with the supply chain team and reporting to management daily on any variances/shortage to ensure acceptable stock levels.
  • Receives all LPOs from the market and entering in the Winit system and dispatching to the market.
  • Tracks and audits team performance through weekly reports to line manager to ensure work productivity is on track.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales & Modern Trade
  • Knowledge of UAE market and FMCG brand knowledge
  • Understanding in terms of Data Analysis, Pricing Analysis, Budget & Forecasting
  • Using JDE/ Mobiato
  • Strong communication, analytical, and administrative skills
  • Good time-management skills, organization and planning skills
