Responsibilities include planning and monitoring dispatch activities, maintaining records in SAP, and coordinating with logistics teams. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree or Higher Diploma qualification.
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office (Excel, Word, email).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in SAP (SD/MM/PM or related modules) is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch industrial materials in Trucks/ships (Large scale) as per the operational requirements
• Monitor daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery or completion of tasks
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and reports using computer systems (in SAP)
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Track vehicle movements and respond promptly to delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Communicate clearly with drivers and stakeholders regarding schedules and changes
• Prepare daily and weekly dispatch reports as required
