Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Sort, stack and store clean dishes in designated areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and floors.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and cleaning supplies.
• Dispose of trash and maintain recycling stations.
