Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing equipment
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized before use
• Keep kitchen area clean by sweeping, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces and emptying trash
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks when needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures including proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain inventory of dishwashing supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
