Job summary

SeaLink in Dubai is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, support basic food prep, and help keep the kitchen clean and safe.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, good English communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation is not provided.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, and assisting with basic food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and floors
• Assist with basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables or preparing sauces
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies in the kitchen as needed
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
