About Towercraft
Towercraft is a technology brand equipped with advanced engineering and robotic systems that redefine the exterior facade cleaning processes of high‑rise buildings. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Director who will introduce our robotic facade‑cleaning technology (the Towercraft Robot) to the market, develop new business models, and lead sales operations in the field.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales and marketing activities for the Towercraft facade cleaning robot and related robotic services
- Meet with potential customers and dealer candidates, introduce the technology, and organize demo processes
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to develop strategic sales plans
- Develop new business partnerships, distributorships, and dealer models
- Establish direct relationships with corporate clients, facility management companies, construction firms, and building administrations
- Conduct field sales activities aligned with annual sales targets
- Manage pricing strategies along with proposal and contract processes
- Oversee post‑sales customer satisfaction, coordinate technical support, and manage CRM processes
- Take an active role in preparing marketing materials such as presentations, catalogs, videos, and promotional content
- Contribute to the company’s international growth strategy and develop the local dealer network
- Participate in fairs, seminars, and demo organizations for product and service promotion
Training and Support – Towercraft Academy
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training through Towercraft Academy, including:
- Technical infrastructure of Towercraft robot systems
- Operational processes and service model
- Customer approach in robotic cleaning solutions
- Marketing strategies and demo practices

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in sales and marketing
- University graduate; preferably holding a master’s degree in Marketing or Engineering
- Mandatory experience in facade cleaning, industrial cleaning, or building maintenance sectors
- Experience in technology‑based sales or industrial system marketing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and dealer dynamics, with strong relationship management skills
- High persuasion ability with strong presentation and representation skills
- Ability to learn quickly, develop solutions, and position new products effectively
- Valid driver’s license with active driving experience
- No travel restrictions and flexibility for customer visits and field operations
- Results‑oriented working style with strong reporting discipline
