Job summary

This role involves leading architecture design, model development, and lifecycle management for ML models powering trading systems. The ideal candidate has over 7 years in machine learning, including experience in quantitative finance. You will mentor teams, establish modeling standards, and work cross-functionally to integrate models into production. Strong statistical, engineering, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in machine learning, including 3+ years in quantitative finance or financial ML.
• Strong statistical background (bootstrap, t-tests, serial correlation, heteroskedasticity).
• Experience building real-time or near-real-time ML systems and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the Model Architecture Portfolio.
• Develop monitoring, drift detection, and retraining schedules for models.
• Mentor a team of ML researchers and modeling engineers.
