Job summary

The American University in the Emirates (AUE) seeks a Director of Institutional Effectiveness to lead planning, research, assessment, and accreditation activities. You will collaborate with the President and senior leadership to strengthen institutional decision-making and continuous improvement across academic and administrative units.

The role requires 7–10 years in institutional effectiveness or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership, and preferably bilingual English/Arabic.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years in institutional effectiveness or related areas.
• 5+ years of managerial or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and governance of institutional effectiveness systems.
• Oversee institutional research, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate accreditation activities and compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership to the Institutional Effectiveness team and budget.
• Oversee technology solutions supporting planning, assessment, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with advancement to identify funding for initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
