The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, in-room dining, and special events. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can inspire teams, ensure high standards, maximize profitability, and create memorable guest experiences that reflect our resort’s brand.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
  • Lead the daily F&B operations with a clear focus on quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth service across all outlets.
  • Guide, develop, and motivate a large and diverse team, creating clear goals and a culture where people grow and perform well.
  • Plan and manage budgets, food and beverage costs, labour planning, and inventory to support the resort’s financial goals.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to review menus, refresh concepts, and introduce ideas that strengthen the guest experience.
  • Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed across the division.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and respond to feedback to keep raising service levels and loyalty.
  • Oversee banquet and event operations to make sure every celebration runs smoothly and reflects our brand standards.
What We need from you:
  • Strong leadership experience in luxury resorts or lifestyle hotels with multiple high-volume outlets.
  • A background in managing large teams, driving service quality, and improving financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect well with both guests and colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Confidence in decision-making, problem-solving, and handling the pace of a busy F&B environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same capacity, resort setting is comparable.
  • GCC experience would be an advantage
