  • GCC experience would be an advantage.

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, in-room dining, and special events. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader who can inspire teams, ensure high standards, maximize profitability, and create memorable guest experiences that reflect our resort’s brand.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Lead the daily F&B operations with a clear focus on quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth service across all outlets.
  • Guide, develop, and motivate a large and diverse team, creating clear goals and a culture where people grow and perform well.
  • Plan and manage budgets, food and beverage costs, labour planning, and inventory to support the resort’s financial goals.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to review menus, refresh concepts, and introduce ideas that strengthen the guest experience.
  • Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed across the division.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and respond to feedback to keep raising service levels and loyalty.
  • Oversee banquet and event operations to make sure every celebration runs smoothly and reflects our brand standards.

What We need from you:
