Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the analytics department including hiring training and mentoring team members

Develop and implement datadriven strategies to support business goals and objectives

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize analytics projects

Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions

Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients

Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics

Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and techniques

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide valuable insights and recommendations

Ensure data accuracy integrity and security across all analytics projects

Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures

Manage the budget and resources for the analytics department

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL Python Tableau etc.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders

Proven experience in managing and developing a team of data analysts

Experience in the technology industry is preferred

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment

Fluent in English Arabic language skills are a plus
