• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 10+ years in high-end or large-scale residential and hospitality projects.
• 5+ years in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion with a clear, unified design process.
• Develop interior design brand standards and guidelines.
• Create FF&E and OS&E guidelines and specifications.
• Lead on-site observations during construction to ensure design compliance.
• Represent Al-Futtaim Real Estate in meetings reviewing proposals and contracts.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and motivate teams of interior designers.
