About the Role:

We are seeking a highly networked and accomplished professional with deep experience in Wealth Management and HNI relationship management to lead our Luxury Real Estate Sales & Advisory vertical in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will leverage strong HNI and UHNI connections to promote and close premium real estate investments across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients with a focus on real estate investment opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to market and sell luxury real estate projects to discerning clients.
  • Liaise with developers, investors, and wealth management partners for collaboration and exclusive deals.
  • Provide end-to-end advisory — from opportunity identification to transaction closure.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property valuations, and investment movements across luxury and commercial assets.
  • Represent the organization at elite networking events, investor meets, and private showcases.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 15+ years of proven experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
  • Strong network and personal relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and NRI investors.
  • Has been based in Dubai for 10+ years, with in-depth understanding of the expat investor ecosystem.
  • Excellent understanding of real estate as an investment class, especially in luxury and high-value projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working with high-value clients and transactions.
