Client of Pink Camel is seeking a Director of Business Excellence in Dubai to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role focuses on translating strategy into measurable programs across digital and operational domains, with strong emphasis on AI, automation and data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will drive customer experience improvements, design governance, and ensure value realisation while partnering with the CEO and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience across transformation
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous
• Proven ownership of enterprise transformation programmes with senior stakeholders
• Experience with AI, automation, data analytics and CRM/ERP transformations

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an enterprise transformation roadmap
• Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives with ownership KPIs
• Lead cross-functional digital and business transformation across operations
• Identify opportunities to redesign customer journeys and operating models
• Drive AI, automation, data and analytics initiatives for measurable value
