Job summary

A prominent financial institution in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Director within the Loan Capital Markets team to originate and execute primary corporate loans transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate lending, strong credit assessment skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in corporate lending transactions.
• Good knowledge of regional Loan Capital Markets and products.
• Experience in documenting loan transactions.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute primary corporate loans transactions.
• Lead negotiations with borrowers and lenders.
• Maintain strong internal relations to maximize revenue.
