Job summary

USPack in Dubai, UAE, seeks a senior accounting leader to own the general ledger, close processes, US GAAP compliance, internal controls, and tax coordination.

You will lead and develop the corporate accounting team, drive scalable processes, and oversee payroll while guiding the ERP platform evaluation and implementation.

The role supports audits and financing activities, ensuring readiness for diligence in all transactions and external audit engagement.

• Serve as the Company's senior accounting leader
• Own the general ledger, monthly close, US GAAP compliance, technical accounting, internal controls, external audit, and tax coordination
• Lead and develop the corporate accounting team, including the Manager, Accounting
• Build scalable, well-controlled accounting processes
• Lead the planned evaluation and implementation of a new ERP platform
• Ensure organization is prepared for audits, financing activities, transactions, and other diligence-intensive events
• Oversee employee payroll
