Job summary

A leading agribusiness group based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Director of Procurement and Supply Chain. The role involves managing procurement and logistics operations and requires extensive experience in agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in project management and contract negotiation, and a relevant degree, preferably with an MBA. This position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years at a Director level.
• 5-10 years of experience in sourcing agricultural goods and services.
• Extensive experience with mature and integrated ERP environments.
• Experience in corporate settings with a focus on governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement, contracts, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Oversee fresh produce pack house management.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and other directors.
• Ensure seamless operations across all units.
